DANCE STUDIO POLICIES
ILLNESS:
There are no make-up classes for illnesses.
Arrangements may be made in case of a
lengthy illness.
VISITATION:
Parents may visit dance class on the first
class of the month in October and February.
NO visitation days at any other time.
SNOW / ICE / STORM DAYS:
When bad weather conditions arise,
cancelation of classes will be aired on local
radio stations and on the website - www.lynettesdancestudio.com
* If driving in from out of town, always use your own judgement to insure your safety.
PAYMENTS:
Tuition payments must be paid prior to the
first class in September & January. All fees
must be paid to participate in the dance class.
Tuition - $100/semester for dance per student.
Hip Hop Class (5 - 12 grade ) - $50 / semesterHip Hop Class ONLY - $70.00
Pointe Class - $75/semester per student.
Advanced Ballet Class - $75/semester.
High School Dancers - if taking all classes
(jazz, tap, ballet, pointe) - $ 215.00
PayPal is accepted by paying on line at www.lynettesdancestudio.com, There is a $4.00 processing fee for paying through PayPal.
LATE FEE POLICY!!!
$ 20.00 PER MONTH for any fee one month past due.
REFUNDS:
There are NO refunds after the 2nd class
is taken.
RECITAL:
To participate in the recital, dancers must
attend 10 classes each semester. There is no refund of tuition or costume fees.
All fees must be paid to receive your costume & to participate in the recital.
There is a matinee and evening show.
Pre-ballet and 1st year tap classes
perform in one of the shows. All other dancers perform in both shows.
COSTUMES:
A $20.00 down payment on your costume is due by November 4. A costume is then ordered for you. You are responsible for it’s entire payment by Feb. 10.
* There are NO refunds for costumes.
CLASS PLACEMENT:
Dancers are placed in class by their
ability, and reception of learning. It is my decision if a class change is needed. Ages & grades will overlap in every class.

If you have questions, concerns, or

to me. I strongly feel that communication is important for a successful dance year.
