FRIDAY APRIL 30 
 
FULL DRESS REHEARSAL
BRING ALL COSTUMES, ACCESSORIES & SHOES

4:15 pm  - 6:00 pm  > Suns & Moons
5:00 pm -  4th Grade and under >Go DIRECTLY TO AUDITORIUM!
5:00 pm - 5th grade and up report to auditorium from dressing areas!!!

 
 
                        SATURDAY MAY 1
 

9:45 A.M.            Doors to Columbus High School Auditorium open

10:15 A.M.          MOON dancers – report to auditorium.

10:30 A.M.          All other dancers report to their finale’ position in the hallway.

12:00 Noon         SUN dancers report to auditorium.  One run-thru of the Finale'.

1:00                    Doors to auditorium open for the audience

 

1:30                   MATINEE RECITAL                        

                         Dancers will be dismissed after the matinee recital (about 4:00).

                         For safety reasons –

                                Dancers may not leave the high school until the matinee is over!

 

6:00 P.M.            Backstage doors open for STUDENTS & HELPERS ONLY!

6:15 P.M.            Doors to auditorium open for the audience.  Dancers report in by 6:30.

7:00 P.M.            EVENING RECITAL
