COSTUMES

I will be measuring your dancer for costumes. Please fill out the attached form and return it

with a $20.00 costume deposit per dancer by November 5. ALL dancers MUST return the

form and deposit before a costume will be ordered.

The deposit is applied to the total cost of

the costume. The costume payment balance

is due by February 11. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. You are responsible for

this payment whether your dancer participates

or not.

PRACTICE MUSIC

We will begin to learn the recital dances. Each dancer needs to bring a blank cassette tape or audio CD (my system will only accept audio/music CD’s) so I can make a practice tape of their recital songs. PLEASE put your child's name directly on the tape or CD before it is brought to the studio. Also, the better quality the tape, the longer it will last. Thank you for your support in encouraging your dancer to practice and know their dance.

For your convenience - Tapes & CDs can be purchased at the dance studio.
(Tapes are $1.00 / CD’s are $2.00).
